Shipping & Returns

     

    If you receive a product that is dead on arrival, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly delivered, please reach out to us via email or text message at +61 4 2686 6576. Kindly return the product using appropriate packaging (ideally its original packaging) to prevent further damage during the return process.

    To facilitate swift resolution, please provide the following details:

    • Your name, preferred contact telephone number, and address.
    • Your email address.
    • Tax Invoice number and delivery note number (if possible, please include copies of these documents with the returned product).
    • Item serial number.
    • Reason for return (please elaborate on your concerns).

    Upon receipt of the returned product and the complete details you've furnished, we will issue a Return Authority (RA) Number via email. Subsequently, we will evaluate and repair the product, or if necessary, coordinate with the manufacturer for testing.

    Should the product remain undamaged during delivery and exhibit proper functionality, or if any defect or damage occurs after you take delivery, we will return the product to you. You will be invoiced for the costs associated with testing the product and covering the freight for its return.

    In the event of an incorrect delivery, kindly return the product (preferably unopened) with suitable packaging to prevent any damage during transit. We will then make arrangements to deliver the correct product to you.
